Description **Job Description:**
Accountable for the development, improvement and execution of processes in support of Performance Plan objectives within or across lines of business. Focus is on long-term strategic goals. Ensures full integration of all process and linkage to best practices. Accountable for the achievement of breakthrough productivity, customer satisfaction and continuous process improvements. Works closely with the business executive or deployment champions and MBB. May be Green Belt or Black Belt certified. May be responsible for managing, training and developing associates on the team.
Business Term Portfolio Management
+ Manage assigned business term portfolio and document business metadata in the GBAM Client Data Dictionary to include Business term definitions, rules, metrics and controls, inter-relationships, and LOB variation
+ Ensure information delivered to stakeholders is fit for intended purpose
+ Monitor data quality scorecards for assigned business term portfolio and remediate data quality issues where needed
+ Lead the root cause analysis process for data defects
+ Mitigate impacts of Wholesale Client Data Management projects on LOB data and processes
+ Escalate issues and business gaps
Remediation & Data Improvement
+ Lead corrective action planning and execution of Data Quality Incident, Gaps, and Issues aligned to the Global Control Functions or prioritized client data stakeholders in assigned portfolio
+ Partner with LOB subject matter and process experts to ensure data management requirements are integrated into business processes
+ Represent stakeholders requirements on remediation and data improvement projects
+ Lead or engage as primary data management subject matter experts in remediation and data improvement projects
+ Identify additional LOB subject matter experts required for remediation and data improvement projects
+ Facilitate LOB subject matter experts engagement during remediation and data improvement projects
+ Ensure LOB data management projects follow Global Banking Data Management processes
+ Ensure BAU and project work is executed in compliance with EDM Standards
+ Mitigate impacts of GBAM Client Data Management projects on LOB data and processes
+ Escalate issues and business gaps
+ Must have client data experience in Global Banking, Global Markets, or AML/On-boarding (as owner or stakeholder/consumer)
+ Must be proficient in Microsoft Office with ability to quickly analyze and synthesize large volumes of data using Excel
+ Must be proficient in data management to include strong data analytical capability
+ Must be able to communicate effectively with Technology, Business Lines, and Senior Leadership
+ Must have excellent organizational skills and be able to handle multiple tasks to meet extremely tight deadlines
+ Must be able to create management level reporting using aggregated bank data
+ Must be able to troubleshoot problem areas and identify data gaps and issues
+ Must have general knowledge of bank financial practices and policies
+ Must be able to adapt
+ Experience with client data systems in GBAM such as CED, Cesium, LEO
+ Experience with reference data management
+ Familiarity with / experience with enterprise data management standards and practices
+ Understanding of internal risk management processes
