Description **Job Description:**

This role will support the Client Information Strategy focusing on implementing both short term tactical solutions and larger long term strategic solutions on how client/account relationships are onboarded and maintained, including how client information is gathered, stored and consumed across GWIM and the Enterprise. As well as, developing the Data Quality/Management Program, inclusive of the working with field leadership and the enterprise

+ Development of up-front business and data quality rules to increase overall value and use of client data

+ Development and refinement of data quality and sharing rules between GWIM and Enterprise Lines of Business

+ Platform oversight for initiatives impacting client information, business rules, data flow and quality

+ Assist with the oversight and management of the GWIM Data Steward Responsibilities

+ Work with technology to develop data quality metrics and applications

+ Quality Assurance/Quality Control for high risk Data Governance Process

+ Identify opportunities for data enrichment and clean-up, as well as closure of platform gaps

+ Assist with the management of the process and resources to fix data quality issues

**What this position will enable:**

+ Integration of client data capabilities within GWIM applications to expand use of central data repositories

+ Support of all GWIM projects that interact with client data construct

+ Expanded data sharing and acceptance between GWIM and Consumer

+ GWIM to meet the needs of the Enterprise Data Management Policies and Standards

+ Centralized data cleanups that create capacity in the field and reduce cost and variability


+ Previous project management and leadership experience

+ Knowledge of current GWIM data structures and information gathering processes and applications

+ Ability to learn data concepts

+ Ability to effectively document and communicate strategic design and intent

+ Effective communication, interpersonal, leadership and relationship building skills

+ Strong ability to multitask

+ Ability to quickly and effectively react to changes in project/program scope, direction and responsibilities

+ Ability to work within an environment with a variety of opinions and priorities and be able to get to a resolution and agreement

+ Motivated with the ability to work independently

+ Ability to think strategically and devise strategic plans

+ Ability to manage and lead across multiple teams (i.e.. Business, Operation's, Technology and Internal team)

+ Ability to perform data analysis and/or use data analysis to drive opportunities, make decisions and drive business/data rules

(Enterprise Role Overview)

Performs qualitative and quantitative business analysis encompassing banking, functional design and systems issues within scope of assigned project. Typically coordinates successful resolution of issues arising during course of project to ensure timely completion of critical tasks. Ensures project objectives are achieved on schedule and monitored through detailed project work plan. Ensures projects are within scope of strategic and marketing plan for the Asset Management Group.
