Call Center Customer Service Rep
CBE Companies is looking to hire Customer Service Representatives for a major telecommunications provider in Waterloo, IA.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for customer account resolution by using effective negotiating and relationship building skills to partner with the customer and help problem solve. You will be representing our client on the phone to the consumer. Therefore, our customer solution efforts focus on protecting the clients brand reputation through creating a positive customer experience. To succeed, you must thrive in a fast-paced, multi-faceted, deadline-oriented environment. Training: CBE provides 4 weeks of paid training, no call center experience necessary!
Shifts available: Full time hours of operations vary between: 6 AM- 11 PM Monday- Friday and 7 AM- 7 PM on Saturday. We primarily hire for afternoon and evening set schedules and offer the opportunity to shift bid to other shift options later on.
Compensation: $10.00-$11.75/hour, based on shift.

The minimum requirements for this position are:
*At least 18 years of age
*High School Diploma or GED
*9+ months of work history (customer service experience preferred)
*Proficiency in computer and typing skills
*Ability to communicate in a clear and effective manner with the customer
*Achieve schedule adherence and compliance expectations
*Meet productivity and call quality standards as set by the company
*Problem solving skills & ability to recommend solutions
